This e-mail will not have any confidential information in it, just information about your PDR accessories. Once your PDR accessories order ships from Dentcraft you will receive an e-mail confirmation that contains your FedEx tracking number and a direct link to FedEx that shows the current status. You can also check this under your account settings. Dentcraft provides a lifetime guarantee against breakage on any tool we make 3/16 inch diameter or larger and a one-year guarantee on whale tails and any tool smaller than 3/16 inch diameter. Any product returned for any other reason must be returned within 60 days of the original PDR accessories purchase date.
